Opportunities for Bible Study at Grace Lutheran Church
Sunday
9:15 a.m., Christian Education & Adult Forum
10:30 a.m., Worship with Holy Communion
3:30 p.m., (periodically) Kah Tai Care Center Worship Service
Wednesday
10:00 a.m., Lectionary Bible Study (an ad hoc group of people who
meet to read and study the texts that will be read in
worship the following Sunday.)
Thursday
10:00 a.m., Discipleship Bible Study (Day Group)
(Discipleship groups are comprised of people who
commit to be present every time the group meets to
“dig deeper” into the Gospel of Luke.)
1:00 p.m. Gather the first and third Thursday each month at noon at the
Discovery View Senior Living Center, 1051 Hancock Street, to
discuss Scripture and share in prayer. Once monthly,
Holy Communion is celebrated.
Friday
6:30 a.m., Men’s Bible & Breakfast (The Bayview Restaurant)
Women of the ELCA Retreats
Quarterly, the women plan a retreat based on Scripture and
meet off-site for a day.
